In 2017, the company Handelshof Riesa Partner für Technik opted for the Partners for Steel solution in order to make its entire prefabrication process more effective and increase its material throughput.as the general contractor, Behringer was responsible for the project planning and realisation of the system.
One of the key tasks was to digitalise the entire process and integrate it into the existing IT infrastructure. Based on the order from the customer's ERP system, the processing orders are automatically collected in the Behringer order management system BAV.
The integrated production planning module enables the creation or import of CAD data, which is then provided to the processing machines in standardised DSTV format. The nesting of production orders is time and material-orientated, always in relation to the current stock level.
The intelligent Behringer transport management system TMS controls and optimises the entire material flow. The real-time visualisation provides an overview of the current production status at all times.
