Fit in terms of education

Qualified training is the foundation for a successful career. This is written in capital letters at Behringer. Our training quota of almost 10% is remarkable.

As we aim to secure our personnel needs in the long term, the training spectrum is extensive and the chance of being taken on after the training is excellent. We convey the training content in a practice-oriented approach and place great value on teamwork.

Dual studies at Behringer

We value our long-standing cooperation with the Cooperative State University in Mosbach. During the three-year study programme, the theoretical and practical phases alternate regularly.

The academic content learned during the theoretical phase at the DHBW Mosbach is deepened by the students during the practical phase at the Kirchardt headquarters. Both the company and the graduate benefit from this.

Internship

Are you still unsure about which form of apprenticeship or which career path suits you best? No problem - a commercial or technical / industrial internship will give you an insight into the varied day-to-day work at Behringer.

We offer school students and university students the opportunity to get to know everyday working life at Behringer with an internship, holiday job or working student activity. You can also get a taste of our apprenticeships as part of a school internship such as OiB, BORS and BOGY and thus find out whether you like the activities of the job profile.

We also offer exciting topics for a technician's, bachelor's or master's thesis and are also very happy to receive your own ideas and suggestions for topics. You will then accompany the selected project from the theoretical elaboration to the practical implementation.
