Drilling, milling, marking and plasma cutting for plates with one single reference

The Vernet Behringer MAG315 plate machining machine offers precise and fast machining in a passthrough operation. It combines marking, carbide drilling and milling, holes deburring (lower and upper faces) and high definition plasma cutting (straight and bevel cuts).

The MAG315 also offers a high level of automation with automatic part handling and automatic or semi-automatic plate loading.

  • Manpower savings
    thanks to the semi-automatic or automatic loading of the plates, the complete machining of parts without handling between operations and the automatic unloading of gussets.

  • Fast and precise machining
    of metal plates. The MAG315 combines marking, carbide drilling-milling, holes deburring (lower and upper faces) and high definition plasma cutting (straight and bevel cuts) in one machine.

  • Flexible automation modules
    including automatic plate loading, automatic part unloading and palletizing.

  • Full enclosure
    The optional full enclosure of the plate processing centre provides maximum protection for the operating personnel.

  • Material saving
    with advanced nesting software and continuous chained cutting without skeleton. The carriage with repositionable grippers ensures a gripping waste of only 20 mm.

  • Process connectivity
    Semi or full integration of a VB by SPK Finition tumbling machine for cut parts deburring, descaling, edge rounding, degreasing and surface preparation.

  • Automatic 14-fold tool changer
    Thanks to the 14-fold tool changer, the MAG315 is equipped for flexible machining tasks and can work automatically for a long time.
