Industrial goods not only have to be manufactured, they also have to be sold. In order to produce, industry requires a large number of resources, raw materials, machines and workers. The production equipment and materials are purchased, organized and managed. The finished products are advertised, they are sold, and the market for the products is secured. This work involves planning and control of the manufacturing process, execution of customer orders, costing, calculation, financial accounting, invoicing and reminders, sales and dispatch and cost accounting. Depending on their special areas of activity, industrial business management assistants negotiate with customers, banks, advertising executives, representatives and official authorities. |

| Training: |
Duration: 3 years. The practical training takes place in the company. 1.5 days per week are spent at vocational school. |
Possible employment

Following successful completion of the training we try to offer our apprentices a job in our company, which is active all over the world. There are many possibilities, e.g. working in sales, in our financial accounting department, in customer services, in work preparation or in purchasing. |
Possibilities of further
training: |
Professional training can be continued after the initial training period. Industrial business management assistants can continue to become Bachelor or Master of Business Administration and Operations.
